Hello everyone, need some serious help with a Ph cycle for first timer. Im 35yrs old, been lifting for a long time and havent used anything but the basics. Im 6 foot currently 205ish after dieting down from 230s this winter. Lost alot of fat and some muscle so i wana put some back on, but i still would like to lose a little more fat. Im at about 11-12% b.f. now and would like to get around 9-10% and make some gains. So if anyone could help that would be GREAT!!! Need info on a whole cycle, ph, est. blocker, pct, and anything else u would recommend and where to purchase. Already stated a liver support a month ago, Thank you.
