ON Gold Standard Hyrdobuilder! Good amount of creatine, bcaas, and 30g of protien. Also Cellucors new super sport is great. Very pure and after being shaken is almost water consistency, for those who don't like or can't stomach thicker shakes

I like Intrapro, UP, Trutein, and whatever I can get a deal on. Need to try protean one of these days.
The above is my own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of PES

I like steak the most. I do eat a lot of chicken though as steak can get expensive. Sometimes I'll have sausages but not often. Lamb is tasty but also expensive. Pork loin is pretty good and you can get it with spices which makes it nice.

Steak is good, have to eat the red meat in moderation.Originally Posted by T-Bone
