ON Gold Standard Hyrdobuilder! Good amount of creatine, bcaas, and 30g of protien. Also Cellucors new super sport is great. Very pure and after being shaken is almost water consistency, for those who don't like or can't stomach thicker shakes

I wouldn't consider that a "protein supplement" with 5 grams of creatine per serving and the retarded price. Its not worth using more than once a day.

I like steak the most. I do eat a lot of chicken though as steak can get expensive. Sometimes I'll have sausages but not often. Lamb is tasty but also expensive. Pork loin is pretty good and you can get it with spices which makes it nice.

Steak is good, have to eat the red meat in moderation.
Nothing like a good steak and potato a couple times a week.

Red meat is great for you. Only eat it in moderation because it is expensive compared to other meats.

Best deal on red meat is to buy roasts and other cheaper lean cuts, and grind them yourself. I've saved a lot doing that.
