a supplement that directly increases strength?

i used to dip all the time before i got serious about lifting and i found it always gave me a completely notable increase in strength and endurance while lifting (especially during strongman training in our backyard—truck pull and all). i understand that this is because the nicotinic receptors in the brain and body modulate muscle contraction.

now i know that nicotine hinders muscle recovery and i don't want that disgusting habit again but anyone know of any supplements that can directly increase strength? i know levodopa is supposed to do this by increasing peripheral and central dopamine levels, but what else? piracetam?

how about that new ingredient in stimx, 1metiq (just got a free sample online)
 
Not sure about that stuff, but I always run Anabeta to break through a plateau.
 
More food does the trick for most people. That's what I've found to help me bust through plateaus and maintain the strength.

Now with that said USPLabs prime is good for strength gains when following the 6/9 protocol but it is fairly expensive. DAA would probably help increase strength because of the testosterone increase (hypothetically) and is fairly cheap. Do you already have a solid preworkout?

i'm currently undergoing PCT for my first (and more than likely last) cycle of mebolazine (don't like the feeling of being shut down for a month afterward...

so any test boosters are out of the question for me (that is what anabeta is right?). i was thinking more along the lines of something that stimulates muscle contraction...

i tried yohimbe and i found i got past plateaus but i couldn't do rep work because my BP would drop (probably due to the blood vessel dilation). i have levodopa here but i haven't gone past 2 pills (says to take 1-6 capsules at a time..)

levodopa was good, but i was wondering if there's something better out there...
 
Prime gave me noticeable strength increases but as mentioned...the sh!t is too damn expensive!

Anabeta is in no way a test booster. Also, how the hell are you getting the twins up and running with out a test booster? It is not the same as an AAS/DS. Ok, sure, maybe you got a SERM, that is all well and good, but I always include an OTC test booster in my PCT, hands down.

my full pct:
clomid 100/50/25/25
resveratrol 100 all 4 weeks
phenibut 3x a week to maintain an anabolic state after my main lifts


and of course a multi vitamin because my diet isn't very high in veggies.

isn't clomid the BEST test booster out there after HCG and GnRH or something like that?

after that my strength boosted most with Intimidate, more food, timing of carbs and fats, a good recovery supplement, and great sleep....

I always was stronger on ZMA, melatonin and BCAA's
bcaa for recovery, and melatonin and zma obviously for sleep and recovery....

i can't stand loading creatine it makes me look fat haha, i already have bcaa's in my protein and never tried zma, also i've heard i'm supposed to avoid melatonin on PCT because it inhibits LH feedback? not too sure though as some say it's good for HGH secretion..

creatine, Prime, IGF 2, training hard, eating alot, getting lots of sleep

Would the NOW brand Betaine HCL be a good form to get of the trimethylglycine? What is the dosing/timing on that?

Clomid isn't a test booster. It's Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator.

It doesn't boost test. It keeps the extra estrogen in your body from binding to the receptor sites in your nipples and such. Get a test booster. You'll take forever to kick start your test on it's own.
 
Not sure about immediate increases, but AIs and ArA have always given me the most dramatic strength increases. Especially ArA in PCT.

I don't believe that is what he meant. I think he meant to not rely on the clomid and to get a test booster to use along with it.

I loved my runs with EC, MCC and nitrates (CN). Definitely want to give SNS Citrulline Malate a run someday.

Correct. You can do it with Clomid alone, but I wouldn't. The idea during PCT is to get your natural test production back up to normal as quick as possible.

interesting reads! thank you for the reply sir, repped! i definitely had gains of high dose caffeine and creatine, but unfortunately i don't like using stimulants very often and creatine gives me a headache.. also couldn't find much on nitrates aren't these like blood pressure meds?

which is why i've been dosing resveratrol for the past 9 days, i thought it was enough? it's too late to order something now as i'm already 10 days into PCT, but frankly NO strength or weight losses so far and my nuts feel like they've kicked in at least to being 50% of what they were, sex drive is a little iffy but otherwise i'm fine :)OH CRAP, i forgot to mention i'm also dosing gw501516, so that may be why i'm actually GAINING on pct...
