I've tried Fenugreek a few times. I've tried it by itself and also I've tried it with other test boosters. Some reason it makes me feel very sluggish. Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried other test boosters that didn't contain fenugreek and I didn't feel sluggish at all. Thanks.

What is your diet like? Given its influence on insulin it is certainly feasible that you were experiencing a connection here.

I take fenugreek sometimes then my libido shoots through the roof. That's weird. Could be your diet though. A simple multi could help that
