    Neovar is awesome. I take 8 caps a day, 4 pre and 4 post workout. My muscles feel full thru out the day with out that bloated (water) feeling.

    I noticed that too. I just take the G N C version cuz its cheaper than concrete. However I am kind of interested in creacore. Not sure why they needed to but fenugreek in it
