    to much Forskolin ?

    Hi Guys,
I want to stack MAN Prometheus Rising with Anabeta Elite, would this be to much Forskolin?
MAN has 500mg of 10% Forskolin while Anabeta has 95% Forskolin, unsure of how much though as its a prob blend.

I experimented alot with various doses of forskolin and anything over 500mgs(10%) gave me some cramping. It does subside after a few days but it can be unpleasant. I would start with one and try anding more to see how you react to it.

cheers for the input guys, its was prob the forsk that gave the runs, its known for doing do. This is why im not sure if running Anabeta Elite with Promethius is a good idea, I dont want to spend the day running back and forth to the toilet.

I love higher dosed Forskolin and think they would make a great stack, IF you can handle that amount. Slowly build up your doses to assess tolerance. Have not used Prometheus Rising before, but noticed absolutely zero stomach problems with PES's forskolin in Anabeta Elite.

I trust PES sources more than most companies for their raws. Especially with forskolin

Should be fine, and the 95% extract will reduce GI discomfort relative to a lower extract %
