X-Tren Questions

I recently bought a bottle of X-Tren off a buddy and I plan on beginning the cycle in a few weeks. I just have a couple questions, would it be more effective to use this bottle as a 4-week cycle with a higher dose, or a 6-week cycle at a lower dose? (keep in mind this is the only bottle I have) There are 90 total capsules, each being 30mg a piece. Also, when I take the capsules should I take them all at the same time, or spread them out throughout the day? I am 5'7 160. Also, before beginning the cycle I need a proper PCT, I have been told to buy a "serm", what would be best for this particular supplement?
