I have a couple of questions regarding TTA.
I've started taking .
1. Im taking 1.5g (which is 3 capsules) a day. Currently I'm taking 2 caps before lunch and 1 cap before dinner.
Is that a good way to split that?
2. Does it make a big difference (regarding absorption, etc) whether it's taken 30 minutes before food or with food? Is it really important to have it on an empty stomach?
3. I will soon start taking . Any issues in taking Glycobol and TTA at the same time? Main ingredient in Glycobol being Na R ALA.
