How long to use digestive enzymes

Just wondering how long Is ok to use digestive enzymes? I have solaray super digestaway (180ct) and only take one a day with largest meal.. That would make the bottle last 6 months..

Been on digestive enzymes for a few years. I dont take them every day, only when i eat something i know will give me some grief. You might want to look into pro biotics. I take ***'s brand and it has helped me tremendously. Take 1 capsule every morning. You could even combine them both if you need too.

Gotcha. Yea I would probably stop when I start eating more balanced.. Just very heavy on fats n protein with , basically keto right now so there is no fiber what so ever except on my one carb day

I've been using them for probably half a year now. I usually just take it after a really big,heavy meal. I use Kefir in my oatmeal for the probiotics.
