PCT cycle after epi

folks i need help.. im on epi hardcore by max muscle 18mg per cap/ 2TX testosterone 3 caps when waking up with epi.

EPI bottle says to take 3 caps/day that's 54 mg... since i work grave yard n i sleep n the morning

i take my first dose upon waking up bout 1pm; im giving roughly 6-8 hours in between each cap. then 2nd dose im taking around 8pm n then hithing the gym 830-9pm... 3 pil i take like 1am or 2 am... or some times i would take the 2nd pill after gym with food.. n eat n snack all night at work n take a lil nap...then in morning when i get off i eat dinner n take another cap n sleep.

i also some days work out in the morning around 8am ...some time i m reeli tired i cnt worout in the morning.
im almost done with 3rd week in epi. any other routines u guys may suggest.. im doin 8week cycle

i have arimapro by chaparral labs for PCT .. but i read there other products that i shud tke with it like daa n activate extreme n erase,,Triazole
i have already bought a arimapro what else SHOULD i go along with as far keeping gains n avoid gyno. and any other suggestions i love t hear thx for ur help..

please help im very heath freak i dont drink smoke or consume any caffeine. i wana buy pct b4 my 7th week n i can start pct on the last week of epi...please helpp sorry bout my typing .

The SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) is the most important part of the cycle. Search.

It's obvious the OP has little knowledge with anabolics but I dont believe belittling him will help any. Give him some credit for seeking out help/knowledge.

woow... this epi i have im not even seeing results and i started may 29....i do kno u have to take estro block after the cycle... but we have al these fancy names serm/ dmt....i would be a great help some1 can help me instead of judging me... but i am seeking help.. when i type i dont write propa cuz i HATE writing. when i do write for a class or sum' nvr get less than a A.. newyz im goin to admit im new to it..i jus wanited ur guys input on my cycle in detail...cuz i could take nolvadex after...i wanited a good pct cuz i dont have alot of knowledge bout the products out there.. all i know epi will caus gyno cuz test gettin converted into estro.. so i have arimapro tht's what the guy gave me at the store take this after ur epi cycle... n to b honest i dont kno im not seein any results in gains...

I'm only gonna say the basic things no one told yah here...:

-Too light and unexperienced for a PH/DS cycle
-Lacking A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PH/DS AAS
-Bad or non-existent research
-Wrong Subforum

If you already started:
Get CLOMID, DAA and Erase , I don't care about the supps you have...

Clomid:
50/50/25/25 that means 50mg 1st and 2nd week , 25mg second and third week, do your research to learn how to dose and where to buy.
Erase
0/0/3/3/2/1 means 1st and 2nd week NO CAPS , third and fourth week go 3 caps , 5th week go 2 caps , 6th week go 1 cap
DAA
3/3/3/3/3/3 means 3 grams every day for 6 weeks.

woow... this epi i have im not even seeing results and i started may 29....\

so you have seen no gains whatsoever? some people report being non-responders to it, some say it "goes bad" quick, some companies seem to be underdosed or not dosed at all ....also some respond only to ultra-high dosage (like 60-80mg for example).....or your diet could be fuqed up like the guy who stacked two androseries products and ate 3 times a day and didn't eat much each time and there was little to no protein in his diet lol....
