Ive been an avid fan of goji berry for a while now... its one of the very noticable natural supplements preventing any cold, flu, inflamed joints etc. and gives a good stream of energy all day. Ive never got such an affect from any health store style supp. To me its the Acai that never was.
It also gives a massive boost in the bedroom, better than any tribulous ive tried, I wont go into specifics but you notice it (And so will she!), its a natural viagra!
Plus, its anti-cancer, antioxidant, improves vision, nourishes liver and kidneys, 500x more powerful than vitamin C etc. etc.
So, good all rounder, and many who tried it love it.
Whilst searching for a list of benefits for a few ladies at work, I came across this, turns out it has anti-estrogen properties

alsodecreased malondialdehyde (MDA) level and creatine kinase activities in rats. Thus, wolfberry(goji) was able to reduce the oxidative stress in rats during exhaustive
exercise. [9] While, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 14-days clinical trial of 34 subjects showed thatwolfberry juice reduced fatigue and stress and improved regularity of gastrointestinal function. [8] Thus, wolfberryextracts including its juice may benefit people under constant stress. (aka bodybuilding!)
