I don't buy too many sups like I use too. Sups have their place but lifting & food works so much better than me buying a $40+ bottle of pills.
People take all these pills & look no different after taking multiple bottles.

Couldn't have said it any better. I've spent hundreds over the years with no marketable difference in body comp. However, PES products have been the exception to this.

Sadly I'm the same way. I'll never use it and I'll throw it away after it expires but right now I'll let it sort here and rot. I also have a tub of g n c ravage which again is just rotting
