So i have been taking the prohormone h-drol for about a week now and loving it. but I'm in a bind here, In one week i am going on vacation for a week. so two weeks into the cycle i will be gymless for the most part. What should be my plan of action to get the best resi=ults? take the week off of the pro, what would that do to my gains, if so should i start the pct? or take like 1 pill a day just to maintain? and maybe just crank out tons of pullups r something? I just don't know what i should do to optimize the cycle with a gap in it. BTW experienced lifter here, just new to this stuff.
