Which brand are you using?

Never heard of anyone getting sides off cissus, I have tried mega dosing it near 9g a day, vascularity was good but started getting some heart palpitations so havn't dosed it that high again. Right now I'm using about 4-5g a day, no sides.

Must get expensive. I just follow the dosing recommendations. I wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise. Besides if you really need that much than isn't the product your taking under-dosed anyway?

Does not have to be underdosed. One can front-load it in the beginning and then taper the dose downwards in the course of the cycle.

I started with 6 caps of super cissus rx for 2 months and worked my way down to two. Now i use 1g bulk in am and same in pm.

These days it is just "Super Cissus" or "Bulk Super Cissus", both without "Rx".

True. Idk why but my keyboard on my phone automatically inputs the "RX" at the end of it as one word haha either way love the stuff and wanna give SNS brand a try as well since they make quality stufd as well
