Is getting pure horny goat weed better than a horny goat weed complex? The complex has maca, tribulus, and Mucuna pruriens. The pure has more hgw in it. Also the pure comes in tablet form and the complex comes in capsule. Which is better mainly concerning harder erections and longer staying power? Also these are 10% icariin

I'd actually go with the pure HGW based on your goals. If you want longer staying power, maca and tribulus probably will have the opposite effect
