i prefer the black over the concentrate because its easier to dose if you are sensitive.
and thats why i stayed with black.

and it IS a very good fat burner/energy booster. on par with the rest. and ive tried them all from ECA to OEP to Axxon.

Read the ingredients and come to an educated decision on your own. The ultra concentrate has synephrine in it. That's pretty good.

I think the lipo 6 black ( the old version not new! ) is better.
