Dosing Anabeta Elite ?

Hello mates,

some questions about dosing AB Elite ?

Is it better to use it like the direction said, 2 before workout out and 2 after,...

or spread out that 4 pills for example: one with breakfast, 1 with lunch, 1 before workut and one after ?

What is better,...

I don't think there is a 'better' as such. People have tried it both ways and have picked different favourites.

I prefer spreading my pills out but add an extra capsule post workout with my high protein and carbohydrate shake as well as an extra capsule pre workout.

So, non workout days = 4 caps spread out evenly
Workout days = 2 caps pre, 2 caps post, 2 caps spread out over other meals

When I first tried 2 caps preworkout instead of my usual 1 cap I literally thought my arms were going to explode from the pump. I cannot imagine 4 preworkout..
