Using TTA without added Carnitine and Electrolytes is asking for a miserable time, though 1.25 g/day isn't a lot.

It is the TTA, not the RK. Water, electrolytes, and lowering the dosage to 1g max are your best bets.

I Google'd about this and came across a thread on another forum where someone conjectured that headaches could be from cramping in neck/jaw/head muscles. Seems interesting, though probably unlikely.
