    Agmatine vs. Beta Alanine?

I have been taking SNS Agmatine for a while now and I'm loving the pumps I am getting. However, I miss the energy and motivation I used to get when using Beta Alanine. I was wondering if these two can be taken together? If not, which one would be better for the long term?

yes they can be taken together, however BA doesn't really provide energy.

When I say energy, I mean the drive to go and work out. The tingles really get me psyched to go and work hard. Thanks for the information!

There's no reason you can't take both, I would venture to say that most people do.

    He is 100% correct.

There is no reason to not take them together. Most people would use them both if they had them on-hand. Go for it!

I really know what you mean. Especially when I'm lacking energy or feeling lethargic, a preWO with Beta-Alanine motivates me to get to the gym as well as any stim. The tingles are so uncomfortable but in my case they fade as soon as you start moving weight.

Oh, and another vote for taking both (~4g BA + 500mg-1g Agmatine/day).

BA is awesome, it's in two products I use daily, so I find no need to put it in by itself.

Agmatine looks sweet and is on my list of stuff to try!

I would think it'd be a great stack

I take all 3. I like Beta Alanine for other reasons besides endurance.
