This is what I'm taking, peak week starts tomorrow and I'm wondering what I need to cut out, if anything, during the week (for water retention, effective carb up, etc.)
(plan on cutting out before carb up, may keep pre-bed dose in)
Multi/vit c/vit d/b complex/Magnesium
Hardcore (planning on cutting out before carb up)
I also have a small stash of Kre-alk, should I switch over from creatine mono for next week? I don't think I have any bloat from the mono, but I've been on it for so long I'm not 100% sure.
