R-ala and strength decrease?

I have been taking R-ala for 2 weeks now, and some of my lifts have suffered. I had a change in my diet ~3.5 weeks ago after my last show to try and lean out a little more (decrease in carbs, about 30-35g/day, no change on refeed days), but since then no changes. My big lifts in the last two weeks (shoulder press, bench press, pulldowns, and variations) have gone down after being steady over the last two months or so. My weight has only changed slightly (.5-1lb, am about 4%bf).

Anyhow, my main question is if anyone has seen strength decreases associated with taking r-ala on a cut?

It is your diet, namely the cut in carbs. The changes may not manifest themselves for 1-2 weeks
