Coming off EC, headaches and slight chest pain.

I stopped taking EC about 5 days ago, and since I've been getting some pretty weird chest pains, nothing serious but I feel them. I also get a headache or two a day, they don't last long, buy very annoying. Are these side effects common when coming off EC?

I was on EC for about 3 weeks, and was planning on taking a week off before jumping back on.

Thoughts?

I know if I run a while I will get headaches from the caffeine withdrawal.

For about 3 weeks. I'm taking yohimbine/caffeine now, so I'm not sure it's withdrawal. I've used Y/C plenty of times in the past without any side effects. However I may stop everything all together to see if that helps.

Try tapering down the dose of caffeine before completely coming off it.
