  1. Please Help me Sleep


    So i wake up about 3x a night and binge like crazy. I need something that will not only put me to sleep but keep my asleep for 7 hrs. I found in my box of half used supps i hAve Melatonin,Valerian Root and ZMA. Is it ok to take all 3 together? Does anyone have any other ideas? Any good all in 1 supps?


  2. I personally take all three together right now. like it a lor

    Get a Casein protein and take two scoops before bed to keep feeding your body while you sleep, this should help.

  4. Shouldn't be any issue with all 3 together. I'd also try some decaf green tea as well to help you relax. I used to have the same issue. I found that going to bed about 20 minutes earlier and doing some meditation quieted my brain down and let me sleep more peacefully.

    Try this:

    Lay on your back perfectly still with your arms at your sides. With your eyes closed try to envision a white square and concentrate on nothing but holding that one simple image in your mind. It's next to impossible to do but with the constant concentration your mind starts to forget It's got a body attached to it and all your muscles will relax making it much easier to de-stress and you'll sleep way better.

    Many take all three together but imo I would start with each one by themselves. This will help you gauge how they affect you and be able to tell which works best.

    In my experience Valerian root makes me very groggy the next morning and decreases my mood.

    Not saying it won't make you groggy. If you don't devote enough time to sleep and the melatonin isn't out of your system when you wake up you might be kinda groggy. ZMA shouldn't make you groggy, and valarian root just helps your brain to make more of it's own melatonin so that shouldn't make you groggy either as the effect should be minimal.

    are you a heavy snorer? generally ppl will tell you.
    if so, you might want to get tested for sleep apnea. no supplement will help you with this issue, so be sure it is not health related first.

  10. take your melatonin with you last meal and then 30min prior to bed take the ZMA.

    the melatonin with the last meal will INCREASE leptin which usually rises at night so you are changing the rhythm of your sleep.

    That's a great point. There's a dental appliance you can get that will stop you from snoring. Kind of like a mouth guard, but it pushes your bottom jaw outwards making your throat open more so its not obstructed.

    I hear good things about them.

    Titration is the key. GENERAL advice is when stacking new cmpds to start each individually and increase dosage to the point of efficacy without crazy sides. In this case, your compounds aren't that dangerous (not like, for example, PHs) so I'd take all 3 on a weekend to see what it does to you. Add/drop increase/decrease till you find your magic mix.

    Yah G8 is very strong so you might want to start out with one half scoop. This is the only sleep product that has ever really worked for me. Euphoric the next day as well...
