    GDAs/Carb Cycling/Refeeds

I posted earlier about whether using a GDA like slin sane during a peak week would affect a carb up, but what about during a regularly planned carb up/refeed during a cut? Would this affect leptin response? As the Gymnema is somewhat of a carb blocker, would this defeat the purpose of carbing up slightly? Is an increase of carbs necessary?

It will lower lepton however you can still get the response you want I'd you eat more. It provides added stability to preventing fat gain via decreased adipogenesis

I'm on my iPhone I will answer more in depth when I am at my computer

The benefit of being able to eat more delicious oreos is good enough for me.
