    suggest me amino acid supplements and/or comment on this profile


    looking at this eaa supplement from xxl nutrition (generic)

    per sergiving (grams)
    L-Leucine 2000 mg (BCAA)
    L-Isoleucine 1000 mg (BCAA)
    L-Valine 1000 mg (BCAA)
    L-Lysine 1500 mg
    L-Methionine 500 mg
    L-Phenylalanine 750 mg
    L-Threonine 750 mg
    L-Histidine 500 mg
    Citrulline Malaat 1000 mg
    Vitamine B6 10 mg


    does this look good?

    some things that seem good/bad?

    Doesn't look awful. 2:1:1 ratio is fine, and the additional Cit Mal (albeit not enough to give a huge pump on it's own) is nice to have around.

    Mixibility might be the issue you run into, though, because of the hydrophobicity. Without utilizing the product, that's hard to judge.

    ok because i wanted to use aminomax8000 from gaspari but they sent me a version with added creatine which i dont want

    not wanting to risk this again i am just going to order another type...

    it seems slightly lower on leucine than most?

    well the difference is one is tablets the other is a powder.. one larger solid vs many many little tiny solids...

    bcaa or eaa?

    i read on getbig eaa is better despite bcaa hype

    2g Leucine is a little low, but not unheard of. Not sure of your price point, but Xtend is a good pickup, pretty much the same formula with more of the BCAA portion, though I'm not sure how the prices compare.

    The tabs are fine to take if that's your preferred route. Personally, I prefer the powder form to sip on during the workout.
