What is the difference? Which one is better?

Depends on your goals. For mental enhancement, ALCAR is best. For endurance and fat loss, I prefer PLCAR.

Good question. I have a tub of NP LCLT sitting in my closet, waiting to use with with DAA/Erase Pro next month to bump androgen receptor sensitivity. But then I think I recently just read someone saying those effects from LCLT are minimal. Not sure.

NOW's ALCAR gives me headaches, It makes me wonder if it has di carnitine poisoning in it. I hardly used this thing of ALCAR I bought because of it. Been through about 20 cap at least but it's enough to convince me the headaches were consistent. Other ALCAR hasn't given me issues.

I take 4 caps of the LiveLong brand in the morning and I feel great.
