I have a couple of question regarding this product HICA!
1) Does it work
2) Whats the best brand out there
3) How much should i be taking if i decide to buy one
4) what benefits will i get as a Jiu Jitsu Player

Assuming you meant Labrada HICA (and not the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama, which was the first result), I haven't seen any reports suggesting that Leucic acid is any more beneficial to L-Leucine. The theory is that the breakdown product will result in greater activity/effect for muscle growth, but that remains to be seen.
