Excessive CEE dosing?

Hi guys, just picked up some bulk CEE from a local supplier and the directions state 4g per dose, 3x per day. This means 12g per day. I've always thought doses were around 5-6g per day. Anyone see benefits in running the high 12g doses or is it overkill so I use it up quicker nd but more next time?

Have used mcc and wasn't that impressed with results. Haven't tried CEE bulk powder so thought it may be worth a shot. To be honest the last creatine I used that i liked the results from (excluding bulk cm) was syntrax swole v2 and that was a few years back. Thought I'd go CEE instead of the mono.

OP - return the product and get your money back. Get Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and take 3g/day. Maximum benefits, no bloating.

CEE does NOT work.
