    Fat Free or Ergoshred?

Having a tough decision here -- I've used a few diff APPnut products in the past & like them, & have never used anything from Ergogenix but have seen some positive feedback. Im 30, 6', 195, looking to use something to help lean out & for some energy on a slight cut - while focusing on lifting, diet & cardio of course.

I've used Alpha T2 & liked it, may even use it again alongside, & few other fat loss/energy products in the past. I chose these two bc of the "medium" caffeine content, the fact theyre reputable companies, & bc the profiles include a few ingredients I havent used before.

Also considering scorch since I've used & liked it, but years ago - & a handful of others but I could list 10 products im interested in so I narrowed it down. Thoughts? Any feedback is appreciated. Fat free has been out for a while, I figured there'd be more feedback out that I can find

Thanks a lot ---If i can't discuss ergoshred bc it's not sold here then sorry & delete pls!
