I have been taking prducts containing ephedra(Ripped fuel, Yellow jackets, Stacker, etc.) for NINE years straight. I don't seem to have any prostate problems, but I don't get as hard as I probably should. My main problem is that I can't stay energetic or even awake without it. I try to quit, but I need energy for my job and lifting and caffiene alone does not cut it. If I go long enough without it, do you think my body willor is it shot? Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated. BTW I never take equal or more then the recommended dose, I always took light doses.(if that even matters)
dude thats lucky, or maybe i'm just unlucky. I have only been taking ephedrine for 3 months on and off, the first 2 months only pre-workout, then a 2 week break, then 1 month of 25-50mg per day. Its been 4 days since i discontinued use and i'm still ****ing constricted as hell in my penis, like they're a tight rubberband around my shaft, and my prostate is still acting up, it feels as if i got something stuck up my ass, as you can imagine these things have my libido at an all time low, and its getting me pretty down. How many times a day are you taking that? 25mg is plenty for me and I dont like taking it more than once I day. I have taking it up to 3 times a day but it just isn't worth it. I defenitly feel the anxiety taking it more than once a day.
