Moderation, especially in terms of this kind of supplementation, is important to consider, as is balance.
The point of many supplements that manipulate estrogen and cortisol is to reduce it, but not to levels that present unhealthy or uncomfortable side effects like those related to the joints.
I would also look into SNS if you're searching for a cortisol control product - it is almost the exact formulation of the original (and my favorite) LX and is an outstanding product available at an extremely economical price.

Theyre both competitive inhibitors of cortisol, so theyre fine to be stacked.
