So it's not a steroid but more of a low dose test booster. The 'ANADROLTM' of 160mg isn't going to do much and Arginine in the 'STRENGTH-TRANSFORMERSTM' has been scientifically proven not to do anything. It used to be included in pretty much every pre-workout formula as it was thought it increased pumps but has been proven not to.

If you are looking for a decent test booster then go for either Triazole or DAA/Erase.
