does NMDA cause the same side effects as DAA? such as GI distress (I assume not, but....) and also (potential) rises in prolactin? etc? I know it supposedly might eat your brains but talking about DAA type sides.....

Poseidon nt is what I use every night before bed. It relaxes me, I stay asleep and I'm never thirsty in the middle of the night

The only sleep aid that has worked really well for me is G8, out like a light and Euphoric the next day. I would use it carefully though, it's very strong. I am good at 3/4 scoop but start at half. This makes it good value as this one is over rather than underdosed.
