How many "natty" cycles a year?

    How many "natty" cycles a year?


    How many can you do, should do and how many are you guys doing?

    I know I shouldn't but would love to be on Erase/DAA year around

    What's you guys favorit stack that you wish you could do year around?

    Hypothetically u could stay on 'something' year round so long as you
    a) follow cycle guidelines
    b) avoid overlap of ingredients
    C) don't run similar products for longer than recommended- ie: running oep for 8 weeks then jumping on something else with 1,3 dime.. That wouldn't count as 4 weeks off!

    I have come to running erase for 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks of a natty t booster, then baxk to erase.. Etc. I add in other things as needed/for goals. it takes a lot if time n planning and educating yourself to do it safe and effectively. AM has helped tremendously with this for me!

    When it comes to natty's its not a requirement to ever fully cycle off - but its a damn good idea. Chedapalooza brought up three key points.

    Natural test boosters arent exogenous testosterone supplementation, they stimulate your body to produce more of its own. Be aware that there are a number of different ingredients with different MOA. For example: tribulus naturally raises LH to indirectly raise test to keep ratios in balance. Certain 5,7-methyl-isoflavones act as sex globulin hormone binders and inhibit the negative reinforcement signal to the gonads to stop making the male sex hormone. DAA is an NMDA receptor agonist. DAA must be cycled on and off. Of course theres others. Theres really no harm in combining different test boosters but overkill on one ingredient wont do you too well.

    Its my strong suggestion you do take some time to cycle off. 4 weeks is good. Once in a while detox your system if your on some strong stims too. Its good to take time off so your body remembers its own homeostasis. It will solidify your gains and make the following cycles more effective. On a psyche level, its just nice to take a break and not feel like you need all this extra stuff to make progress.

    Enough ranting, to answer your question: RPM+Drive/Erase/Annihilate

    Annihilate is crazy expensive an no one knows about it but damn its a monster.

    Suggest 8 week cycles of natty things, such as anabeta + erase, activate extreme + triazole, etc...

    I'm currently finishing up daa + anabeta + erase, has to be the best natty stack IMO.
