Hypothetically u could stay on 'something' year round so long as you
a) follow cycle guidelines
b) avoid overlap of ingredients
C) don't run similar products for longer than recommended- ie: running oep for 8 weeks then jumping on something else with .. That wouldn't count as 4 weeks off!
I have come to running for 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks of a natty t booster, then baxk to .. Etc. I add in other things as needed/for goals. it takes a lot if time n planning and educating yourself to do it safe and effectively. AM has helped tremendously with this for me!
