can't cut anymore i am already cutting 5-600 cal. yes i am lifting and doing cardio and yes i am eating 5 meals and clean.

For me, it's Natadrol and Eviscerate or Dermatherm. Low carb and no creatine and you should tighten up assuming you're still training appropriately. Of course my biggest period of weight loss was when I graduated from college and dropped 30 lbs of fat without any supplements beyond protein post workout. Looking back, I probably overtrained but I kept my heart rate constant between weightlifting sets by either jumping rope or jogging in place.
