hello,
can someone advise,
i am currently cutting down (fat loss) for summer and plan it over 5 months. i am on 1800 - 1900 cals per day and approx 100 - 150 carbs.weight 190 lbs.doing approx 40 40 20 macs but on w end sat aft and sun i carb load. now my question is, should i just continue to take my r ala on carb up or can i benefit more from taking it consantly,bearing in mind the cost. i do cardio 4 times per week twice hiit after training and steady other times.i understand that ala shuttles nutrients into muscles rather than store as fat also do you think the effects would wear of and should i cycle but i have not experienced any big changes in pump or vascularity thanks for any responses p.s. i eat clean with veggies and fibrous carbs through out and only refeed with things like potatoes and rice no rubbish foods.

Take it constantly.. when I diet, I take 100mg r-ala 4x per day, regardless of what i eat.

ok thanks, but should i lower my fat intake on carb up so as not to slow down absorbtion of carbs.
