Should I up to 10 caps, I've been on it for 5 days now at 5 caps and still don't feel anything. I could also try adding in some pure tongkat ali extract 1:200 i got from tongkatfitness and keep the hcg at 5 caps. Opinions?

I would give it 14 days before adjusting the dose. It may take a while for your body to respond to it because it does not recognize nor see a need to utilize it yet.
