6 Bromo for estrogen control, advice?

Hey guys,

I was thinking about running an AI and my choice atm would be 6 Bromo,
i read around and as usual feedback are all over the place, it can be suppressive,
is not suppressive, kills libido, helps libido, is stronger than other OTC AIs, is weaker.. bla bla..

Can anyone feels like doing a recap on it? Based on real life experience?

Is it actually effective for estrogen control?
What the ideal dosage would be? 50mg?100mg? I'm interested in estro control, not the possible test boosting properties
Possible sides?
Alternatives? (products that have blood works, please no pimpin..)

I find the structure similar to aromasin as well as how it functions, at least on me in terms of strength libido and dryness

Theres not much in terms of suppression. i found i was fine on hyperdrolx2 at 150mg, and aPCT at 90 mg. i liked the Hyperdrol much better.

I found that 75mg crushed my libido, 50mg was my sweet spot. Then I found Formestane and end of story. AutoKal, you might want to look at a few of the Licogenix logs out right now. It seems to be effective and possess some GDA properties.

Too high or too low estrogen will cause libido issues, so if 75mg was doing that to you
it tells me 6 bromo works
As for Licogenix, I'm sure is a great product, but I'm not gonna try any other obscure plant extract unless
it has been around for some time and there are bloods out..
I already got 6 bromo, we'll see how that works

4 days in with 6-bromo, started at 50mg for the first 2 days and 100mg for the following 2

This stuff seems pretty potent to me, my joints - especially my hands - feel "rusty" already,
movements feel slower, like I have to warm up, and i'm not talking about bb/exercise.
I think ima go back to 50mg or do one day at 100mg and the other at 50mg

I'm also running Lean Xtreme, started that one one day prior 6-bromo, but
i run it at 2caps a day and i know at that dose it doesn't affect my joints.
The combination of the two tho' is pretty crazy for body comp, and weight loss too.

In 4 days weight went down 2Kg, and I'm drier (my reason for 6-bromo was exactly
for that, estrogen rebound form a month of clomid "solo" run and some water shift
due to reintroduction of sodium which freaked me out a bit).
But I don't want my weight to go down, weekly calories stay the same tho',
gonna bump my refeed a bit since I'm back to baseline the next day.

I'm also monitoring my strength which has been steady/high the last month
but I noticed the last 4 days it takes a lil longer for me to really
start pushing sets

Tight schedule didn't allow me to get bloods again, so I don't actually know
I will eventually, so not only I'll know if it worked but also if it "holds" once you quit it

But if I have to judge from how I feel I'd say it did work to some extent
I definitely have much more energy, I use to literally pass out for brief period of time (20/30min)
and I mean pass-the-f#ck-out, not a nap, dead, gone, unable to function.. Usually some hours after the workout
or right after it. That didn't happen.
As I said much more energy during the day, better mood.. Overall everything better 'cept for
libido, that's still dead, but we must mention that what cause my low test level (overtraining, long term strict diet,
very low BF for a very long time, etc..) didn't change, so..
