Help with flax oil

What do you guys use to mask the taste of this stuff. It tastes horrible to me even when mixed in w/a shake. Let me know if you guys know of anything that i can put this stuff in to kill the flavor.
 
It may be the brand. I have used two different brands, one wasn't bad at all, but the other had sort of a bitter aftertaste.

It's NOW brand. The stuff is terrible makes me want to throw up. Does anybody know of a place that sells flax powder. Mikes site has been out for a while.

I tried NOW brand flax oil and it tasted horrible as well. I threw part of a bottle away. I buy Barleans from the local vitamin store. It costs a little more but tastes much better.

Come on guys, pony up!! I use Health from the Sun brand, it tastes like sewage (to me), but I still slap down 3 Table spoons a day! I used to mix it with my whey shake, but it tasted nasty in there, so what I do now is I put a table spoon full under my my tongue and then pour a bunch of Orange juice into my mouth , and that way I barely taste it. I do that for each dosage, it is the only way I can stand the stuff, but you gotta do what you gotta do!!!

Capsules don't taste bad at all;)

The problem with the caps is you have to take 1/2 the bootle to get a dose (not really, but close)

Just buy the cinnomen flavored stuff.
 
it might just be the brand. i had a bottle that i picked up from the vitamin shoppe and it wasn't bad at all, i would just choke down a stright tablespoon a day. but to get u through this bottle i might try putting some peanut butter in ur shake; it might mask it a little.
 
I have heard that putting it in a glass of grapejuice or orange juice might mask some of the taste.

I used the Health From The Sun brand "Omega 3 flax oil" and it was very grassy tasting, it was nasty. When it came time to order more, I sprung for the extra $2 per bottle and got the "Liquid Gold" by the same maker. Taking my flax oil is now so much better. Very little taste at all. The difference between the 2 from the same brand was incredible, and well worth the extra $2 IMO. I've never tried the NOW brand, but if tastes like the first one I tried, you'd be very happy with the other one I mentioned.
 
I just deal with it....straight or in a protein shake

It tastes like ****, but so does the rest of the **** that I take
