after my licogenix log is over im considering dropping most of my supps and trying to flush my body. would liver assist work any better than natural antioxidants like bluberries and such to help achieve this?

Not sure what exactly you're trying to achieve here. For strong antioxidant and liver support, Liver Assist XT is great.

You will want to take liver xt while detoxing. The ingredients in liver xt promote that. I would also suggest picking up some green tea as studies have shown the ability of green tea to chelate to heavy metals found in the body and aids in removing them. Wonderful antioxidant. Eat all organic, fruits nuts and vegetables. The sauna will also help aid you in detoxification.
