What is the maximum dosage for tta 500 without side effects? Currently taking 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 before dinner.
Wouldn't ever go above 2g/day...and most will do best at 1-1.5 g/day with little to no sides reported...just keep water intake high...

Ive done 3/g a day and no sides, but didnt notice much either.
Going over 1g a day is really a waste. Most studies show there is little to no more benefit at a dosage above 1g.

For what it's worth, I've done anywhere from 1g a day to 3g a day, and honestly I feel the 3g does work better than the 1g, and at least for me, I kept my salts high so cramping was never an issue.
I'd say go for 2g a day, these "studies" for TTA at 1g a day was a safety analysis, for those that have found studies for higher than 1g supplementation to human models, care to post? Never found any after alot of research...

Taking 1g in the morning and 1g around dinner time or before bed. At this dosage if i don't get enough water i get horrible muscle cramping. This is actually a blessing in disguise as sometimes i really slack on my water intake. Really forces me to get it all in.
