I have SNS Agmatine, I havent taken it for the fact that I have Asthma and I read it can start a attack up.

Taking both is fine. I take 5mg b12 under the tongue daily in addition to Jarrow's B-Right.

Oddly, I also use the same vitamin C product.

Thanks a lot.

I have never took a B12 and/or Bcomplex supplement.. Anything I should "notice" and if so, a time frame ?

Not really, unless you are b12 deficient. Bottom line is that b-vitamins are excreted fairly rapidly and used in tons of metabolic processes so supplementation may prove useful.

That must be why my piss is bright mountain-dew yellow after I've taken my B ;)
