This cycle is being run during a 10 wk work up for an amature boxing tourny. I hope to reap some increased endurance, recovery, and strength.
Also looking forward to any possible mood elevation and increased aggression. Weighing in now at 193 lbs. I Hope to recomp and gain a few lean pounds. I will be weight training 3x wk as well as hitting the boxing gym 3x wk. I will update weekly and include before, middle, and after pics.
