1) Is there anything I can do to clean out the receptors that latch on to the E and C? I usually do 2 weeks on, 2 off, wondering if I can take something so that 2 on 1 off is possible.
2) What's the consensus for best fatburner? I haven't bought supplements in a few years, don't know about anything new. This would only be used during EC stack off time.
