So i went to take my pre-workout yesterday (DS Craze) and had some **** come up at home and was unable to get my workout in. I went ahead and placed my shaker into the fridge. I'm wondering if it will still be good today or should i just dump it?
Thats kinda of how i felt...wasnt sure if it would still work and id be pissed if i took it on the way to thh gym and got there and it was now bunk from sitting all night.
