    Fat Burning Concoction

Is this overkill or should it work nicely for a cutting toolkit?

    1.) Dyma-Burn Xtreme (ECA/Yohimbe) Pills. 2 Pills 2X a day.
    2.) Lipoderm-Ultra. 8 Squirts 2X a day on stomach/chest.
3.) R-ALA (Dunno, heard it helped with fat burning) 100mg 2X a day.
    4.) Alcar. 2 grams a day.
5.) Advant Labs Sesathin (Normal dose).

Of course with a strict high protein/carb diet, and cardio 3X a week.

Do you like it? What would you change?

drop it all except the R-ALA and the ALCAR, and add some Clenbuterol HCL from customnutritionwarehouse.com

you'll save cash and get better results. IMHO of course.

The Dyma-Burn Xtreme that I listed has 21mg of ephedra per serving. The reason I listed those stuff is cause I already have all of them except the Sesathin.

I heard Sesathin got really good reviews from most people that used it.

Depending on your body type and metabolism, you may not need anything too extreme (*cough*clenbuterol *cough*). The sesathin is a much healthier alternative to clen/eca and you don't have to cycle it. I haven't tried it yet (have some coming the mail) but it seems to get really good reviews.

And the ALCAR will do next to nothing for fat loss, so unless you are using it for the mental effects, I would drop it.

You might want to throw in some green tea too... really cheap and it's a no brainer.

Yeah I wanna try the Sesathin cause the reviews on 1fast400, it did pretty well, and on bb.com its getting really good reviews. Let me know how it goes, or keep us posted somehow.
