what natural T boosters slow down the rate of conversion of T to DHT? I thought i had read somewhere nettle but i cant seem to find it.
I was reading some research that creatine increases the conv. of T to Dht. Im not looking for something like saw palmetto just something counter the creatine. anyways thanks any responses. Mark
 
Inhibiting the conversion of testerone to DHT will increase estrogen and ultimately lower testosterone levels. Also, DHT is 2x stronger than testosterone; T's ability to convert to DHT adds heavily to its anabolic/androgenic activity.

Perhaps you are thinking of Finasteride and Dutasteride? They are prescription 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors.

There's no direct mechanism with creatine and testosterone. My self-contradicting advice to you would be to not believe everything you read on the internet.

There have been some studies showing dht increase in individuals supplementing with creatine.

OP, the issue is there havent been long term studies on creatine to know if the increase in dht is temporary or not. It is possible with constant supplementation your dht levels could normalize. Also need to consider the population being tested were young athletes (late teens in college). There may be a different result in older individuals (though I do not know your age). If you are concerned about creatine/dht relationship I suggest just not supplementing with creatine.
