  6. Suprised nobody said glutamine. Helps bigtime with recovery. Melotonin is great for sleepless nights and glucosamine is a must have the older I get.

  17. Swole v.2 really worked for me. Mainly the endurance increases...I coundn't believe it. Most of the benefits were realized when on a cut cycle...really increased my endurance when running, and kept my legs from getting tired which is an issue when I'm doing the low cal thing.

  21. I almost forgot Panax Ginseng extract. No energy benefit but great for endurance. A 1 hour w/o can turn into 2 without even realizing it.

  22. Anadrol, Sust250, and GH are a great stack of supplements. They effects were a little more noticeable than Flax Oil



    I like ZMA, V12, and believe it or not, Cell-Tech (w/sugar). I can even stay lean taking this if I take DIRECTLY after my workouts. You need a little sugar then.

  25. I've been amazed by celery seed extract..or in my case ground up celery seeds. I don't have too much of an issue with high BP but the stuff really works well for pain relief and relaxing muscles. It seems to have a slight anti-anxiety benefit as well.

    Good stuff..a must for an M1T cycle.

    My wife is Korean. Korean food is basically garlic, red pepper and fish. She and her fam sit around peeling like 6 tons of the **** at a time.

    At any time I can open the fridge and there's a whole tub full of fresh peeled garlic cloves. I love washing em down with some Perrier.

    Needless to say I "glow" sometimes.
