Hi my fellow AM'ers...
I have a workout log going in training section.everything is laid out nicely.
Looking for a complementing stack. As you all know I love stims but have been sober for a couple of weeks.
I am in a recomp...so build muscle, burn fat... Aim is sub 10 so it's a 4% decrease realistically.
Help me design a cost effective stack stim or stim free...I say stim too because I would like to know the ERGOGENIC effects on for caffeine. And in what dose. Training is AM only now... Test levels are highest then...perfect environment.
