Ive been hearing some buzz about some "new" and "better" form of amino acids for muscle building, mass, etc...
Does anyone have any input or knowledge on the subject of Silk Amino Acids (SAA)??
I know there is some pre workout being sold now with SAA and it claims to be a revolutionary product...but you know how that bulls*** goes.
